Hemisphere Offroad Holiday Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. The Hemisphere Offroad Holiday Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Hemisphere Offroad, Austin, Texas, USA ("Sponsor"). Contact: sales@hemisphereoffroad.com.

2. Eligibility. Open worldwide to individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if higher) at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for complying with the laws of their place of residence.

3. Giveaway period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on November 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on November 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter. Visit hemisphereoffroad.com during the Entry Period and submit a valid email address through the giveaway sign-up form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, entries made with multiple or temporary email addresses, or entries made by automated means are void. Entries that are incomplete, late, or illegible are void.

5. Marketing consent. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Hemisphere Offroad. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing after entering does not cancel your entry.

6. Drawing and odds. On December 1, 2026, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One prize per person and per household.

7. Prizes. One set of prizes is awarded for this Giveaway:

  • First prize: $250 USD Hemisphere Offroad store credit (approximate retail value $250)

  • Second prize: $150 USD Hemisphere Offroad store credit (approximate retail value $150)

  • Third prize: $75 USD Hemisphere Offroad store credit (approximate retail value $75)

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $475 USD.

Prize terms: Store credit applies to product cost only and does not cover shipping, taxes, duties, or other fees. Store credit may be used on regular-price, sale, and clearance items at hemisphereoffroad.com. Store credit must be used by 11:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2026; any unused balance then expires. Store credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except by Sponsor at its discretion for a prize of equal or greater value. This Giveaway is separate from any other Sponsor promotion, and credit is valid only at hemisphereoffroad.com.

8. Winner notification. Winners will be announced and notified by email on December 1, 2026 at the address used to enter. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned undeliverable, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require proof of age and eligibility.

9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving or using a prize.

10. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and award prizes from eligible entries received before that action. Sponsor's decisions are final.

11. Limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

12. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and to send marketing emails from Hemisphere Offroad as described above, in accordance with the privacy policy at hemisphereoffroad.com. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

13. Social media. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, or any other platform.

14. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
