We’ve got you covered!

If you have any issues with a Hemisphere Offroad product, we’ll take care of you, even if you bought a bike that had our gear on it already. We will cover manufacturing defects forever. Really.

We will either replace your part, repair it, or give you store credit if we don’t have the part in stock.

How do you get help? It’s easy!

  1. Email photos of your part to sales@hemisphereoffroad.com. Include your order number (you received this by email and in your box). Let us know the problem and we’ll get back to you, normally within one business day.

  2. Need some tech support? Call or text us. If we don’t answer, PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE. Messages are routed to whoever is covering comms that day. We WILL call you back.
